“I made one mistake, and I was damned forever.”
I wrote The Devil’s Game in the summer of 2020, and once the lockdown had relaxed a bit a year later, we got to work on making it a reality. I’m really proud of what we achieved here—we took a swing and did everything ourselves, from beginning to end.

Behind The Scenes
We shot the movie using a Blackmagic Ursa over three days. Everything you see here is the culmination of us calling in favor after favor to get the show on the road.
Our buddy had a casino table and some prop guns, another offered to help with the costumes, and yet another friend lent us his audio recording setup. As for the lights, those were generously donated by our producer’s brother-in-law.
Talk about a shoestring budget.
The Space
The bulk of The Devil’s Game was filmed in the basement of the Rome, GA History Center. A famously haunted location, we thought it was the perfect background for this story. Pretty sure we made it more haunted, though.
